Stanley
Mabiti is a Legal Officer at NexLaw Advocates. He holds a
Bachelor Degree in Law from Tumaini University – Dar es Salaam University
College. Mr. Mabiti has undergone an intensive practical training with NexLaw
Advocates prior to joining of NexLaw Advocates as a Legal Officer. Where he has
exposure and experience in various areas of law including in due diligence,
investigation, legal writing, drafting and interpreting various legal documents
including contracts, mortgages and pleadings. His areas of practice are
employment law, Construction, procurement, investment, commercial law, Intellectual property, and regulatory and compliance laws.
